Anita McGregor, Owner
Anita began her sewing odyssey at the age of 5 and
made her first official set of cutyains at age 12, having
taken the bus to purchase fabric. Since those humble
beginnings, her custom-sewing passion pursuit
developed into a successful, 20-year business, Anita’s
Studio Designs—and its increasingly popular product
lines of decorative pillows, artful wearables and
expressive accessories. Anita is a juried artist,
has been juried in shows, has won national
competitions, and has been published in various trade
publications.

Anita is also an active member of the American Society
of Interior Designers, the oldest and largest professional
association for interior designers, whereby all members
are committed to upholding the ASID Code of Ethics and
Professional Conduct. In addition, she has also traded her
Master of Science degree and University-level teaching for a soon-to-be
completed degree in Interior Design through Arapahoe Community College.
